The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for the company, which will be usable, bring profit to the company and competitive advantage. My bachelor's thesis consists of three parts. The first part deals with the theory and a summary of the basic terminology. The second part contains an analytical part, where I focus mainly on the analysis of the external and internal environment and the threats and opportunities, as well as the strengths and weaknesses and financial health of the investigated company. A SWOT analysis is further compiled based on these findings. The last part contains suggestions for improving the company's position against the competition and increasing profits. The conclusion of the work is a discussion of individual proposals, costs and expected benefits.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design strategies to the company ENGETO Academy through a strategic analysis of the external and internal environment, which would ensure the development of the company and strengthen its competitiveness. The theoretical part of the work is based on the literature and focuses on basic concepts and methods in the field of strategic management and planning. The practical part builds on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part and analyzes the very functioning of the company. The external environment is analyzed using PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five driving forces. The internal environment is evaluated on the basis of the principle of key factors. Based on individual analyzes, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are identified. The factors are evaluated using EFE and IFE matrices and the most important factors are identified. Through SWOT analysis, individual strategies are proposed, one of which is selected and economically evaluated.

Thesis deals with strategic management of translation and interpretation agency. The main objective of this thesis is to identify the competitive position of the company, which makes possible to design appropriate business strategy. PESTE analysis and Porter´s five forces analysis are used to analyse the external environment. Analysis of the internal environment is done by using the 7Ps marketing mix and financial analysis. The financial indicators are compared with major competitors. Results of analyses are used for formulating strategies using the SPACE matrix and the SWOT matrix. At the end of the thesis the strategy of utilization of subsidies for company development is chosen together with recommendations for its implementation.

Tóthová, K. Strategic management of fitness center. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The bachelor thesis deals with strategic management of the company called Triple Center. The aim of this thesis is to detect important factors that will be deci-sive in designing the adequate and feasible strategies necessary for the successful operation of the company. This purpose will be fulfilled on the basis of compre-hensive analysis of the external and internal surroundings. The first part of the thesis explains important terms and methods theoretically. These are used in ana-lyzing individual surroundings. The second phase so called the result part in-cludes methods called PESTE analysis and Porter´s model of five competitive forces through which external factors are identified. Factors of the internal envi-ronment are acquired by means of the principle of key factors. SWOT matrix con-sists of the most important parts founded from opportunities, threats, weakness and strengths. Formation of individual proposal strategies are based on connec-tion some of these factors and evaluating them. Besides, their function is to im-prove its market position. The selected strategies were also economically evaluat-ed by the owners.

External and internal environment of the company is analysed in practical part in order to recognize opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. Finally, concrete strategies are proposed based on previous analysis and with application of SWOT matrix.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to formulate recommendations, that will lead to the development of a company operating in the engineering sector. The proposed strategies will be based on internal and external environmental analyzes. Macro environment are analyzed by PEST analysis. To analyze the micro environment is used Porter's five forces analysis. The internal environment is evaluated through financial analysis, Porter’s value chain and resource audit. An auxiliary tools for strategy formulation are the internal-external matrix (IE) and SPACE matrix. Specific strategic recommendations are designed by SWOT matrix. At the end of the thesis, the strategies are generalized for other companies operating in the engineering sector.

Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019 This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of appropriate strategies for a social business in a field of telemarketing. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a literary research. The second part deals with the analysis of the company's external and internal environment. As part of this section, the PESTE and Porter’s diamond analysis are used for the external environment. Porter's value chain and questionnaire survey for company's employees are used to analyze internal environment. Based on these analyzes, opportunities and threats are defined within the company's external environment as well as strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment. All of these factors are then mutually confronted in a SWOT matrix based on which the specific recommendations are made. These recommendations are broken down into four strategic categories based on SWOT analysis.
